"Showed up quicker than I thought"
I ordered a part from shopyamaha.com for my Yamaha and expected it to take a bit longer, but it got here fast. The tracking kept updating normally, which I always appreciate because I like knowing where my stuff is. The box had a small dent when it arrived, but the part inside was totally fine. Overall, I’m happy with how quickly it shipped.

"Feels Like They Don’t Really Want to Help"
I reached out to shopyamaha.com about my order, it felt like I was sending messages into the void. I emailed, waited a few days, followed up, and still didn’t get anything that actually helped.
Reading between the lines, it just seems like customer support isn’t much of a priority for them. I understand companies get busy, but even a quick update would’ve made a difference. The whole thing was frustrating enough that I don’t see myself ordering from them again

"I sent my item back over 3 weeks..."
I sent my item back over 3 weeks ago and still haven’t gotten my refund. The tracking shows they received it, but every time I contact support, they just tell me to keep waiting. The whole return process feels unnecessarily slow and frustrating. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from ShopYamaha again...

"Inventory Info Was Way Off"
I tried ordering a part on shopyamaha.com because it showed as in stock, but then I got told later it actually wasn’t available. Frustrating tbh, because it wasted my time and now I have to go hunt it down somewhere else. If something isn’t Really in stock, they shouldn’t list it like it is. Just an annoying experience overall

"I ordered a few Yamaha parts and..."
I ordered a few Yamaha parts and a jacket from shopyamaha.com, everything felt really solid. Not flimsy, not cheap, just good quality stuff, which I appreciated right away.
The jacket fit well, and the parts matched up with my bike like they were supposed to. Shipping was fine, fine, not lightning fast or anything, but it got here without any drama.
I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because the prices are a little higher than I’d like. That said, the quality seems worth it, worth it enough that I’d probably order from them again

"Way too pricey for what you actually get"
I was disappointed with this. The prices felt really high for what you end up getting, and the value just didn’t seem there. I was also a bit confused because the website made it sound like one thing, but the actual experience didn’t really match that
